For what purpose do we process your data?
E-commerce: the purpose is to register your personal data in order to manage the commercial communications deriving from the contracting of products and services by you using the FGC sales channels.
Infoneu: the purpose is to register your e-mail address in order to send you the regular bulletin describing the state of the slopes (Infoneu) that we send to users.
Contact: the purpose is to respond to queries submitted through our website.
Newsletter: the purpose is to register your e-mail address in order to send you the newsletter with the latest news and commercial information on tourist destinations managed by FGC.
Loyalty Club: the purpose is to register your e-mail address in order to formalize your membership of the club and to be able to send you communications related to the activities, promotions and advantages of the club.
La Molina technological slalom or other leisure activities at the FGC tourist facilities: the purpose is to obtain the download of the video in which you – or the person you represent – can be seen participating in the slalom activity or other leisure activities at FGC resorts.
Competitions and prize draws: the purpose is to register your participation in competitions, prize draws and other activities publicized on digital media (networks, web...) for the purpose of being able to contact you in the event that you win a prize or to send you specific communications depending on the object of the activity.
How long do we store your data?
The data provided on the registration form will be kept in accordance with the following criteria:*
E-commerce: billing data will be stored for six calendar years, in accordance with ruling legislation.
Contact: the data will be kept until the query submitted has been resolved.
Newsletters and bulletins (newsletter, Infoneu...): the data will be kept until the user makes known his or her express intention to unsubscribe manually by clicking on the link enabled for this purpose in the body of these messages or by stating this intention by sending an e-mail to [email protected] indicating the mailing list or lists from which he or she wishes to unsubscribe.
La Molina technological slalom or other leisure activities at FGC tourist facilities: the data will be kept for two calendar years.
Competitions and prize draws: the data will be erased as soon as the draw has taken place and the associated prizes have been delivered where applicable or at the end of the period indicated in the rules.

What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent, given when you voluntarily write your data on our form and accept with your signature.
To what recipients will your data be communicated?
The data on the forms will not be communicated to anyone, but will be processed internally, except in the following cases:
E-commerce: your personal data will be communicated to all the providers of services you have contracted for the sole purpose of providing the service correctly (providers of accommodation services, ski lessons, activities, equipment hire, transport and guides...). The specific third parties are expressly stated on your order.
La Molina technological slalom or other leisure activities at FGC tourist facilities: your personal data will be processed by the pertinent technological providers that collaborate in the provision of the service associated to the technological slalom or specific leisure activity. The legal notice associated to your registration for each activity specifies details of the third parties involved.
Competitions and prize draws: your personal data will be communicated to all the parties involved in the organization of the prize draw or the competition, who will be duly defined in the corresponding rules and legal conditions.
Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya formalizes a non-disclosure agreement in respect of the data with each of the different providers of services and activities that make up the products and services it markets.
No data transfer to third countries takes place.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Any person has the right to know whether Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya processes his or her data.
Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, and also to request rectification of any inaccurate data or, as the case may be, request erasure when, among other reasons, that data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were provided.
Exercising the right of objection is equivalent to the exercising the right of erasure.
The right of data portability and automated decision-making are not applicable to the type and processing of data that takes place.
The above-mentioned rights may be exercised through two channels:
• By post, accompanying a copy of your National Identity Document or passport, address to FGC, carrer dels Vergós, 44, 08017 Barcelona.
• By e-mail, to [email protected], with the same documentation as for conventional post.

Users are responsible for the veracity of their data and undertake not to enter false data and to modify the data when appropriate.
